Just got off the phone with my friend and her appt at a CrossFit gym is at 6:30 send her good thoughts! Walking that first time is the hardest!

Be Kind to Yourself

Do something kind for yourself this weekend. Remember what they say on the airplane. Put your oxygen mask on yourself first. Then you can better care fore everyone else. My CrossFit and Weightloss journey are my way of taking care of me first. And that is okay

Food Choices

Woke up with a lot of energy today. I decided to go shopping at grocery instead of having it delivered. I had it delivered in the past because it is hard to move around that much and to stand for a long time. Made good choices. I wanted some smoked sausage so I thought i would look at chicken or turkey sausage. One said 90 calories per serving, but there were 7 servings in the small piece. So I didn't get it. I may next time but just eat it as 2 ounce snacks. My coach had me download My Fitness Pal to track my calories. I have stayed under all but one day so far.

In the parking lot Meghan Sandfoss came up and introduced herself. She also goes to Triumph. It was great to meet her and her kids. So that was fun!
